COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Detailed training for all our team in essential hygiene standards, the social distancing government guidelines and the appropriate risks associated with operating in a Covid safe workplace.
Daily Covid staff training and briefing, including hand washing every 30 minutes and hand sanitising after every customer interaction.
Daily staff health assessment - including a temperature check for all team members before entering the building. No one with a high temperature will be allowed to work and any team member showing symptoms will have to isolate.
Social distancing changes to the room - the room has been adapted to take less seats and to allow safe distancing for both staff and guests. This will include only one team member looking after your table during your visit.
Timing between tables - we are staggering the arrival times of our guests to allow 15 mins of disinfecting and cleaning before the next guests arrive. This also means limiting guests arriving or leaving at one time. To facilitate this all reservations will be limited to a time of
1 hour and 45 minutes
Continual cleaning - the restaurant will have a deep clean after dinner every night and there will be continual cleaning throughout the day and evening.
Safety of other guests & our team -please do not visit the restaurant if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 - we will be asking you to complete a Health assessment form on arrival and may be obliged to refuse entry
Sanitise your hands - please use the sanitisation stands provided when you enter the restaurant.
Number of households - the government guidelines state that only 2 households should meet together inside. We ask you to respect this when dining with us.
Keep your distance - please respect social distancing when dining with us andr espect your fellow diners and our team members. Please follow the one way system and use the stop points.
Bathroom protocols - our bathrooms are shared with Riverside Studios and we ask you to follow their signage and protocols. Always respect social distancing when using these facilities. Please also make sure you sanitise your hands again before entering the restaurant.
Contactless technology - we are operating contactless payment only and we are taking pre-orders over the phone if you so wish.
Click and collect – we are now providing a new click and collect option if you cannot dine in-house with us.
